DELIVERY
All boxes are made to order. Packages are not letterbox friendly so please ensure that you are there to take delivery or that a note is left for the courier to leave in a safe place. All orders are dispatched using a tracked courier. Once your order is with the courier unfortunately I have no control as to the exact day it will be dispatched. tiny treats shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer’s failure to provide adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.

If the Company or its sub-contractors fail to deliver the goods, for whatever reason, the Customer will be issued with a full refund, or offered a replacement product at a cost not exceeding the price initially paid for the Goods once the carrier has concluded an investigation. If the Customer has requested delivery of the Goods the Company shall not, or shall any of its sub-contractors, be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company’s negligence)

Any liability of tiny treats for non-delivery of the Goods by the Company or its sub-contractors shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note for the Contract price.

If for any reason the Customer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods when they are ready for delivery, or the delivery company is unable to deliver the Goods on time because the Customer has not provided appropriate instructions the Goods shall pass to the Customer (including for loss or damage) and the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered.

REFUNDS 
Once your return has been received you will receive confirmation. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three working days. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned as sent.

OUR RETURNS POLICY 
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of the business as everything is baked to order I am unable to offer refunds unless under exceptional circumstances. Please email orders@tinytreats.uk  for returns address. For a full refund, returns must be uneaten and in the same condition, you received them.
