How and where do Tiny Treats deliver to?

We deliver to all areas in mainland UK. We don’t currently ship internationally. We use APC for all deliveries in England & Wales. Orders in Northern Ireland and Scotland are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed. Orders should reach you within 1-2 working days. Packages are not letterbox friendly. Please ensure that you are there to take delivery or that a note is left for the courier to leave in a safe place. Although parcels are labelled to be ‘left in a safe place’ there is a chance that this may not happen.

Am I able to order multiple boxes to different address?

Yes. The quickest and easiest way would be to place your order for the total quantity required and then email an excel spreadsheet with all recipient details over to orders@tinytreats.uk

When is the cut off time for dispatch?

As all boxes are made to order, to ensure smooth dispatch there is a minimum cut-off time of 24 hours before the next available dispatch date.

Will I be notified when I will receive my parcel?

If receiving your order via APC you will receive a time slot on the day of delivery, keep an eye out as this may end up in your junk folder!

Do you cater for people with allergies?

All our products are prepared in a kitchen that deals celery, cereals containing gluten crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, and tree nuts. A full list of ingredients is available upon request.
